This post is a new initiative for North London Hospice and Enfield Specialist Palliative Care Team. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person, who, working alongside clinical and administrative colleagues, will manage the process of referral to ensure smooth delivery of all our services - community, day centre and in-patient unit. You'll have substantial post-registration experience, some of which will have been gained in palliative care, oncology or similar environment. Previous experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist post would be desirable, as well as knowledge of using patient care databases.
