If you wish friends and family to make donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral you can either download a form now, which you can distribute and/or arrange for all donations to be sent to the fundraising office.

We can provide the church, temple or crematorium with a card acknowledging that donations have been forwarded to the Hospice in lieu of flowers. This card can be displayed with the funeral tributes or wherever you decide is best.
