A Little Exercise does you Good!
Do you need some exercise? Has your doctor advised at least 30 minutes walk each day? Do you just enjoy walking or running? If so, here is a chance to do some exercise and raise money for the hospice at the same time. A total of 50 miles, 30 minutes every two days or one hour every four days, at your own convenience.
